Besides the series strong following, the broadcast television network canceled the show in May, leaving fans disappointed and yearning for more. Just a few days later, almost miraculously, NBC called to inform that they have reconsidered things and decided to pick up the show.
In order to thank those who organized the online campaign, all show their love and appreciation to their devoted fans, Abigail Spencer, Matt Lanter, Goran Visnjic, and Malcolm Barrett came back to Comic- Con and were included on the panel. The series creators, as well as executive producers Eric Kripke and Shawn Ryan also gave fans their sincere and humble gratitude.
