Under the darkest and thickest veil of fabric is wrapped the filming of the popular crime series “Crossing Lines”. That fact alone wouldn’t make us as puzzled, if there wasn’t so much mystery around the locations where it is filmed. What is known for the time being is that most of the set locations were located in Europe, most probably in Croatia, which is the birthplace of the series lead actor Goran Visnjic. In the series alongside one of the most charming actors Goran Visnjic also plays Donald Sutherland who belongs to the so called “golden” generation. With years of experience and countless film projects, we can only assume that this duo will give one brilliant performance and win over the hearts of the audience.

Being back in Croatia always has a positive effect on Goran Visnjic, because it is the place where he was born and raised. As the Hollywood actor revealed, although America has been his and his family’s home for almost 18 years, still being back to his hometown brings back a lot of emotions and memories. Here he had his acting beginnings, lot of friends, his family and an unbreakable bond. As busy as he is with the series shooting, Visnjic never disappoints his loyal fans, and finds time for them even when there is no. If a fan stops him and asks for a photo, even if he is running as he does almost every morning, he would still stop and click the camera, and that is probably one of the reasons why the audience so much appreciates and loves this handsome actor.

Goran Visnjic joined the acting cast of the hit crime series “Crossing Lines” in the third season, and was more than happy when he received the news that they’ll be filming in his home Croatia. Rick McCallum, the man behind this series, who is also the producer of Star Wars and Indiana Jones decided that the next location for their filming will be in the Czech Republic, which is why Goran Visnjic who was entrusted with the main role had to move there temporarily with his entire family.
