“This was my 20th visit to Croatia, so I’m familiar with the country and I come here often because some of my best friends are Croatian”, said at the beginning of the conversation German actor Tom Wlaschiha, whom we met in Istria, while filming the third season of “Crossing Lines”, starring Croatian actor Goran Visnjic.

The premiere of the new season is scheduled for the fall of the AXN Adria Chanel. Here Tom reveals more about his character Sebastian Berger. Sebastian comes from the German police and is an expert on computers. I” was preparing for this role because, to be honest, I do not know much about computers. I know how to turn them on and off and for the rest I need the help of experts” – says the actor while laughing. The cast of “Crossing Lines” filmed in Croatia, along with the legendary Donald Sutherland and Elizabeth Mitchell, who Tom describes as incredible professionals, and also has words of praise for Goran Visnjic.

“I already had the opportunity to work with Goran Visnjic five years ago, while recording the series “Deep” in England. Then he was a good guy, and I played the evil one, but now we’re both good. I love working with Goran Visnjic because he is fun, down to earth and not at all self-centered. He was able to pursue a career in the United States, which is not easy for European actors” - Tom said...

Last year Tom and his friends, traveled across Croatia and former Yugoslavia, and the aim of their trip was to find the forgotten monuments of these areas. Besides the shooting of “Crossing Lines” Tom was also here filming the fifth season of “Game of Thrones”, in which he appears as Jaqen H’ghar.

His character in “Games of Thrones” appeared in the first season and again in the fifth. Tom admitted that prior the shooting he did not know anything about “Games of Thrones”. When he got the part, he read the first two books of George RR Martin, but he still hasn’t found the time to finish the other three books.
